Returns & Refunds policy
1. Return/Refund Eligibility
Buyers may request a return or refund through the Zaycatek app if:
The item is defective, damaged, incomplete, or not as described.
The item is counterfeit or expired.
The parcel was not received.
The item is returned immediately upon delivery (with rider's approval).
The buyer changed their mind (subject to approval).
Requests must be made within 7 to 15 days, depending on the seller type and item status.
2. When Can You Request a Return/Refund?
Not Received: You didn’t receive the item by the expected date.
Returned on the Spot (RoS): You returned the item right when it was delivered due to visible issues.
After Delivery: The item is faulty, expired, damaged, or not as described.
Change of Mind: Available for eligible items only, within quota limits. Buyer will shoulder the shipping fee of the return items.
3. How to Apply
Submit your request together with your photo or video evidence by e-mail candjvarietyshop@gmail.com. For RoS cases, riders may take unboxing videos as proof.
4. Return Process
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:
2nd Floor Mimi's Place, South City Drive, Sto. Tomas, Biñan, Laguna
Returned items must be in original, unused condition with complete packaging.
Incomplete or used items may be rejected.We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
5. Seller Rights
Sellers will be notified of return/refund requests and may respond within a given period.
If the seller does not respond, Zaycatek will proceed with the buyer’s request.
Sellers can appeal Zaycatek’s decisions, but all decisions are final.
6. Shipping Fee Responsibility
Seller Pays if the issue is their fault (wrong, broken, counterfeit, expired, etc.).
Buyer Pays if it’s due to their change of mind or incorrect details.
Zaycatek decides who pays in disputed cases.
7. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed after returned items are confirmed received by the seller.
Refunds will be credited via your original payment method or Zaycatek credits.
8. Communication
Zaycatek encourages direct communication between buyers and sellers to resolve any issues. Disputes may also be escalated within the app.
9. Conditions for returns:
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased in the last 30 days
The goods are in the original packaging
The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
